Executioner-In The Name Of Metal 1986

Hailing from Boston of all places. This is a killer piece of upbeat punk metal madness . Not quite crossover, more in the Venom vein. Even though the album is called "In the Name of Metal", this is really more of punk outing. I love the vocals. sometimes there is a slight Misfits vibe. These guys had to be listening to punk, hardcore and thrash at the time. The bassist went on to be in Post Mortem and Upside Down Cross. Amazing record, loved it!

  1. Crazy. Glad you're posting shit again. This is one of the few (compared to other US states) Thrash albums from Boston. As a side note Seth Putnam from Anal Cunt was also in this band for a short time but I don't think he recorded with them.
